Orders are delivered within 3-12 business days (excluding holidays or weekends).
The delivery date for customized products is 5-18 working days (excluding holidays or weekends)

In addition, orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may take longer than expected. For standard shipping, some countries may take longer due to customs clearance, you should allow up to 28 days, depending on the country, please contact us if you are unsure of the shipping time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Please send us your cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering.
Once your order has been placed, your order cannot be changed or canceled; please check carefully before placing an order.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

International – Checkout total excludes taxes and duties. Duties and taxes are not paid for goods shipped directly from our factory. Any duties and taxes owed on orders shipped directly from our factory will be billed directly to the customer by the global carrier.

I entered the wrong address in the shipping details, can I change it?

If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already shipped, we cannot change or resend your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are correct before purchasing. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
